We work closely with a number of UK Universities on a regular basis and we have many years experience in providing an digital audio transcription /audio typing service for university departments undertaking: university research interview transcription such as one-to-one, 3-way, and telephone interviews, focus groups, lectures and also disciplinary hearings. We also understand the importance of confidentiality for such projects and are happy to provide a Confidentiality Agreement or work with your own Confidentiality guidelines. Our transcripts are either provided as 'verbatim' transcripts (including all the errms, ahs etc) or 'intelligent verbatim' (excluding errms, ahs etc) and returned as MS Word documents (or rtf if required) in a 'script' style format which identifies each participant by their initials, reference number or name each time they speak. Line numbering may be added throughout the document if required. However, formats are flexible and we are happy to work to your particular requirements to retain your 'house-style'
