how to send us your recordings
Small Compressed digital sound files produced on a digital voice recorder such as DSS files may be emailed direct to us as email attachment to . Larger sound file formats such as .wav, MP3, .wma, etc can be sent directly from this website - please click on our Contact page to use our 'send this file' facility.
CDs may be posted direct to us and with be returned on completion of your transcription.
Please Note: You must complete and return a Project Booking Form prior to sending any recordings. Any unauthorised sound files received without a completed Project Booking Form will be automatically deleted. Please request a project booking form by emailing: info@thetranscription.co.uk with 'Project Booking Form' in the subject heading of your email.
